Photoshop and styling, wheres the Tuning

The big question will be, are big wheels and lowering: "Tuning Or Styling".
Photoshop or not.

Suspension and wider tracking, lower profile and wider tyres... will all affect performance, therefore it's tuning in my book.

Not keen on the extreme lowering and wheels but that front bumper gets an A+ in my book, very nice.
