generally it's healthy to see it somewhere around the 80-90 mark... regardless of speed, it will only really increase if you are stuck in slow moving traffic

Re: temperature

It is cold (about -3) at the moment though, mine usually sits between 70 - 90 but went no higher than 70 tonight even during a 30 minute drive

Welcome to the forum

I'm sure the thin air will have the effect of having the choke on... this would make it run a little warmer also i think over a period of time.

Hi there,i own a little Panda 1.1 valdisere, and honestly if your car is running 95ish on the motorway its a little over what it should be,you need to flush your cooling system and use proper fiat coolent if you already havnt,my panda can hit just over 90 in the summer months over here in the south, but in 35deg heat in standing traffic! Its ok but your little engine might benifit from a coolent change. And check when your fan cuts in?
Damien.

Re: temperature

One of the first jobs I do to any Panda I buy is to flush the coolant and replace the thermostat. It's so cheap and easy and makes a real difference to the car's performance. Have a look at my post here:
