hello panda people,
just a question that will get you all thinking hopefully??
i have recently bought a panda from ebay, nice cosidering it cost me 47 quid
to cut a long story short, i have owned four panda's so far in various models and modification 2x d plates 1x L plate(R.I.P) and the last being a k plate
anyway upon servicing the little gem, i noticed the cat isnt where it should be all of the panda's are 1000cc fire petrol's and all but the new one has the same layout of exhaust
my old L reg (rest her soul) had a cat midway back near handbrake, my new K plate has the cat?? or muffler?? mounted directly under the manifold where it goes 4-2 and the output of the Cat/muffler is the single.
This engine is injection according to the air cleaner cover, yet it looks less like an injection than my L plate panda
any ideas, can it be the first of the injection cat models? that was boshed together and the L plate car was the refined article?
any info appreciated
