| Banned | Re: speedo cable. well i took the speedo cable off the car, and drove the panda around town, and the noise had disappeared, so it looks like its definitely the speedo. with regards to the price. i rang up benfield fiat and they said 'your car is too old for the computers, can you give us the chassis number' (i was a bit miffed to be told the car is too old ). i then gave my chassis number to the guy at gainmanor and his price came out at £25.66, so if anybody else looking for a selecta speedo cable is ripped off, buy it from benfield fiat in newcastle upon tyne and have it send to you.

oh and I have got to sort out a timing belt for the cams... can you throw some light on this item also ?... will the standard FIRE engine one fit?
