So I am currently on holiday on the sunny island of ibiza and every 5th car is a panda. Granted most are the nouveau but there were 3 classics on the drive from the airport to portantx one a fully functional sisley with ladders on the roof. Has anyone seen more recently not at a rally or event? Do we all just live on the wrong island?

go to Rome, place is buzzing with pandas, mainly old type it seems!

The last time I was in Rome was in 2000. Can't say I remember much but the wife agreed to a trip next spring to coincide with some rugby... I will have to keep an eye out

Just back from Amalfi coast in Italy, loads of Pandas and mostly covered in dents, that's Italian driving for you. Also hundreds in Sicily when there in November last year, often see three or four parked together.
Just makes you realise how popular this car was and still is in some parts of the world.
Checked the 'How Many Left' database and only 40 or so Sisleys MOT'd, there are over 100 on SORNs (like mine!).

its amazing just how many pandas must be sitting in driveways etc not getting used. There are quite a few Italia 90s on SORN, I must admit I have always wanted an Italia 90, maybe one will come up for me

There are 29 750Ls on the road (Actually 30 because mine has been put back on the road since the figures were submitted) and a whopping 90 (or 89) on SORN!! Madness

Don't forget SORN's won't be accurate now they're life time and not renewed annually, might have gone to the crusher but just sitting on SORN.

oh yeah good point. 8 Italia 90s on SORN according to the site, and 2 on the road. Wonder if I will ever own one of the (potential) 10? fun to imagine
