Hi all, very new to this so would very much appreciate help with a small problem. I have a 1992 Panda colore (French model and manual). Can anyone tell me where to find the ignition relay. Thanks

as far as i know.. it does not have one! my 2 4x4's do not have one, its all done on the ignition switch.

hmm being 1992 it may have an ECU?? if so there will be 2x relays near the ECU its self under a plastic cover. they are just common 5 pin relays if you want to test it to see if one has failed, just test it using the heated rear window relay as it has the same pins.

Thanks for the advice, tried swapping relays, no change, however I have now noticed that when I put the key in and turn power instantly fails, could this be the wiring behind the ignition barrel.

yes it is possible that the ignition switch itself has died.

you can try to start the car "manually" by bypassing the switch. it is fairly easy to do..

if you follow these (just pushing wire into the still plugged in connector) it will give you the same results as if the key was turned.
