It sounds like a sizeable project. If the inner sills are known to be rotten, then you can bet most of the underneath needs rebuilding.

Credit to the seller for being completely honest, and not trying to sell it as an easy fix. He bought it for spares, and I'd guess that may ultimately be its fate sadly.

Ask Freddy i am sure it will be fine. If some one has time it will make a great addition to the remaining Sisley herd

To be fair if someone is looking for a restoration project then it might not be a bad start, its unmessed with and is all there by the looks of things.

I'd expect it would need full sill replacements to sort it properly, along with various other bits of course, not totally out of the question depending on just how advanced the rot is.
