I want to fit white band tyres to my Mk1 Panda that lives in Spain, you are only allowed to fit original sizes, so that is 135/80R x 13 or 145 equivalent, so has anybody got an idea where to source them. I'm just having a complete re-trim of the interior, so the tyres will complete the final part of the three year restoration.

Tyres originally fitted to Pandas were:
135/(80) R13
145/(80) R13
155/65 R13
Regards where to get them no specific sources but I would refer you to Lada 1300 (2101) owners club as the whitewall's are common within them lads.

Longstone classic tyres may be able to help, or you can buy white tyre paint and put on your own. When you say band I assume you mean a stripe in the middle of the side wall as opposed to a wall which covers the inner half?

I was wondering that too, as I've seen plastic covers which slot between the wheel and tyre giving that whitewall look.
