Any one ever made off road sill for a panda similar to those fitted to bigger off roaders. I.e. To rub along rocks without deforming section , I think it would be pretty easy A box folded 2mm section placed under floor pan then into sill section retuning back to the inner sill section welding it all in place
This would make a very cost/ time effective repair as most sill rot from the bottom up ???
