I'm in, though probably best for me to camp in the 'van with the pooch, on site if possible.

Any dates will be fine, I'm sure my holiday year starts anew around then.

Not sure if Henry will be ready by then though.....;)

I'll be enquiring about this event this week. It's looking like a maximum of 20 people attending the event so I'll go for that.

Sadly Michael's not able to make it. John and Jacob if you're staying off site I'm not guaranteeing you'll be able to use the on site course, after we're booked in I'll enquire whether or not they will be happy with this.

Right guys I have pencilled us all in at the farm for 8th-11th of may 2017. Sorry if these dates are no good for some of you that have replied/put your name down but I've got to weigh up the numbers to keep as many happy as possible.

So as it stands the plan will be to arrive on Monday 8th, stay for three nights and leave on Thursday 11th. This should give us two full days of green lanes and a bit of time either side to play at the farm. As I said previously; if we do enjoy it we can always stay for longer next time.

So we are only pencilled in at this stage so this is not commitment by any means. As it stands for those who are staying the three nights on site it's £123pp for accommodation. If we are doing breakfast and dinner that's £21pp per day. They are supposed to be very good for food looking at reviews so I think for ease we should make use of this as well.

John & Jacob: There is a £25 charge for use of the course for those who are not staying on site, this will cover for the duration of our stay (the course is free for those staying on site. John there are no facilities for the caravan on site I'm afraid, but the owner said there is a good caravan site just up the road.

David: There is the option for you to have the family room if all of you guys are coming along.

The accommodation:
We will be staying in the guest house which consists of; 3 double rooms, 4 twin rooms, 1 single room and 1 room with a double bed and two bunks. The owner will let us sort our own arrangements out depending on final numbers.

Payment:
Payment will be required after our stay but individual card details will need to be taken as part of a deposit - no payment required. The owners need these to reserve our places. I am not taking any details off anyone, so each person coming will be required to call the farm and make the reservation for their own stay - this will be done after my say so - I will notify you guys of this via PM or text.

So are we all happy with the arrangements and dates? Any further questions?

I'm ok for those dates and will have the meal option as well. As soon as you confirm the booking I will contact them with my card details. If you don't hear from me for a few days from 26th of this month until sometime in the first week of November, it's because I'm taking the long route to Spain and not certain what Internet connection I will have. Thanks for taking the time to organise it.

Looks liked I jumped the gun, Mrs M was not very enthusiastic about 3 days in Wales! Oh well maybe I'll have better luck for the next meet.
