Hi all, had a quick search on the forum but can't find a definitive answer. I'm looking to replace my coolant this weekend, at just wondered what coolant is recommended in a 750? Also how much coolant does it hold? one other thing, how would I go about draining the old coolant? I can't find any drain off points etc, is it just a case of undoing the bottom pipe attached to the expansion tank?

Is there a way of bleeding the system once I've replaced the coolant? I can't find a second bleed screw, just the one at the top left of the radiator.

Being a 2wd should have bleed screw on coolant pipes when passing next to heater box at left side just behing carburetor. To drain- yes, bottom radiator hose off.

Many thanks, I'll take a look. Before I drain is it best to get the car up to operating temperature so that the thermostat is open?

Just put the heating in Max hot pos, better not to run it as it will burn you. Will be fine as there are passages in t/stat housing.

Just to make clear, there is no bleed screw where the bottom hose is.
