Hi all, I've got an annoying rattle that seems to be coming from the passenger side rear. I've been underneath and everything looks ok. Exhaust rubber dosnt look great but I don't think it's causing it, have ordered another anyway. Was thinking the trailing arm bushes but I can't feel any play in them and they would have to be well loose to make the noise. I bet it's something silly but it's driving me mad, any ideas?

Worn hand brake levers?
Try lightly engage handbrake while on bumpy road.

Ah brilliant idea, will give it a go! I checked underneath with the handbrake on so could be the problem :)

Just been out, took the handbrake off and the levers are as loose as you like and make the exact same noise! What needs replacing exactly?

Is your panda 2wd or 4x4?

You will need to look for Hand brake lever kit
I don't remember how the 2wd panda lever look but it will be something like this

As temporary fix if the handbrake still operate correctly I would disassemble all lever stick heat shrink sleeve over and apply the heat. Done the job on my black Formula for few years.

Mines a 2wd, can't find any kits for a panda. So where does the heat shrink go? On the pivot?
