I'm changing head gasket on my Fiat Panda mk1 4x4 965cc. I have been looking all over the internet for torque settings for this engine but I can't find any info..

Does anyone have a workshop manual for this type and could send me photos of it?

On Ajusa head gasket there are numbers like:

1stage:35Nm

2stage: +90 degree
half hour break for beer and for headgasket to settle and:

3stage: +90 degree



On autodata they say:

1: 35Nm

2: 59Nm

3: after 1000km loosen all 90degree and again 59Nm

My friend does 30-40-60 Nm wth 30min break between each stage.

Lubricate bolts wth thin engine oil but let them "dry" for at least an hour before using to drip excessive oil.
