I have a few questions that seem to have got lost in my other thread about the Panda Fantasia (Kermit).

Are the original Fantasia decals available from anywhere at all, or does anyone happen to have some?

What is likely to go wrong with non-injected Pandas? Water pump, fuel pump?

The rear sunroof clip, the piece you fasten the rubber to when it's open, is cracked. It looks like it will break very soon. Are these available?

The rear drivers side back wheel is knocking when turning right. It sounds like something is catching, but a quick inspection revealed nothing obvious.

When reversing on hard right lock the drivers side front wheel seems to be rubbing the inner wing guard. All looks ok in there though.

That's about it for now.

1. Fantasia stickers.. Hopefully not (hehe!) but I've seen them on ebay before

2. Fuel pump and water pump? They should last 100K, other than that everything can go wrong! (that's why we perfer the carbs, there's not much to go wrong with it that you can't fix with a screw driver,hehe.

5. ermmmm ask John too,but jack the car up and check theres no play in the bearing and it can make a grinding noise. Juppy had to get that done cause it sounded like 'rubbing' but was the hub/bearing on the way out. (it passed the MOT, but was noisy).

Also on the other thread:

4 might be the bushes on the shock absorber - when they get mangled and worn the metal bits touch.
Could be the trailing arm, but look at bushes first.

5 the trim comes out with a handfull of hex headed studs, if it needs readjusting. But consider the steering might be significantly out of alignment/rack not centred.

5.5 check the wheel and tyre for damage - out of true/bulges - substitute a known good one if any doubts. (although I wonder if 135s could get far enough)

5 - It was cathcing the plastic inner wing guard. I tightened it up and the noise is gone.

3 - A trip to the dealer later today to order the parts will sort that out.

1 - realised that there is a Fantasia sticker on the rear window. Originality aside, I don't fancy them so they're not going back on.

Now that I think about it, the Panda I saw that was the same as yours Steve, didn't have any stickers on it either. That's why at the time I didn't think it was a special edition. It was a long time ago though.....

FYI, if you ever need stickers though a good graphics company should do as a chap I know, Chris Fairbank, had new Sisley decals made for the doors on his 4x4. You'd need the original though or a picture of it.

Yes, that's how I know him. His is one of the blue Sisleys in the thread about Pandas at Stanford Hall recently, started by Applesei I think.

I think I'll leave the Fantasia graphics off, they really do look rubbish...
