Randomly spotted this on the case of the Saab-emblazoned emergency triangle.

Is that...a Panda?! How rude - the bitches!

Slightly amusing though that one car should be picking on the other like that :p

Where was it made? I can't tell from the photo but it doesn't look like it's saying Sweden! Possibly Poland - that would make sense as someone there would have a sense of humour, something not normally associated with the many endearing qualities Saab engineers have.

It says Finland on the case - probably was some dry Scandinavian humour :p

I would've thought in that climate the doors would dissolve before it had a chance to break down anyway...

yeah thats not nice, Saab!

thats like saying.. "if its a broken down car.. its going to be a Fiat"

well.. i guess they have a good research department.

It could have been a bit of wishful thinking! :D interestingly if you change to time off the road Fiat are 2nd :slayer: Individual cars can be found on that site too - it's the only one I know of based on fact (not people responding to surveys), as this is based on warranty claims. (y)

I had saabs for several years and remember this (though I had forgotten) I must admit one of them I bought for £400 and ran in for several years, in that time it needed some new rear brake discs and burst a brake pipe which the main dealer fixed for £35 as I was an owner of a "classic saab" there service was second to non. I can honestly say they just didn't break down, even with a blown brake pipe I was still able to drive it 20miles to the dealership

It's a shame they've gone now, I still keep toying with buying one of the late models before they went but I understand there are some parts issues these days

It seems to clearly suggest that the guy in the Panda came and pulled-in behind the broken SAAB, fixed it and then advised the SAAB driver where to place the triangle in future...........by which time the selfish SAAB driver had driven off.

The Panda driver is left with a warning triangle he'll never need and so sells it on ebay.

Pretty straightforward.
