So I bought some new front tyres, and for some reason just assumed they were 145/70's.
Ooops they're 155's
Will they fit on anyway, or am I buggered?
Thanks

No the tyres I've bought are 145, and I currently have 155's on...They'll fit fine - later Pandas had 155/65/13 as standard. Are you matcing the back tyres too?
Thanks! I was worried I'd just thrown £90 away... Especially since for the first time I've bought an actual decent set of tyres... even if they're a bit thinThey'll be fine too - earlier Pandas were 145/80 and even 135/80. Them's thin.
I personally like the 135/80, suits the look and feel of the car. If you like the wider tyres thing then fine, but I like the responsiveness through the steering wheel you get with the pizza cutter tyres
The Smart car has different tyre sizes from to rear too. There are probably others too but I can't think of any of the top of my head.
I think is what you meant thereI seem to remember they make the car ride slightly better.

Mine too, managed a complete 360 in the wet with that one!The Y10 had 135s on it when I first got it
