It's an original one minus 2 of the poles. These shouldn't be a huge problem I'd have thought - VmanC they are fairly standard hollow poles aren't they, and something useable could be sourced?

These come up extremely rarely - after about 5 years of looking I finally got one (Richard's after he sadly passed away).

This is a prime example of NOT bidding for it. Anyone serious contact the seller and do a deal - get it bought and collected. Don't expect another anytime soon! Value is debatable - I have my own thoughts but I'm not posting on here & I'm not bidding either.

Exactly! the boss should have a Panda tent :)

I'm not the boss :ROFLMAO: but it would be hella cool :) just funds at the moment man. Also if anyone is going to buy it, the two poles missing could perhaps be cannibalised from a £20 tent from tesco, the two person tent had poles which fold into increments of about a foot and a half. I'm sure that they could be adapted for use. That's what I would do anyways :)

Well the Panda tent (broken!) went for £205 plus £20 postage!!

Seller would have taken £145 when it was first listed - I said to go & buy it, and not mess around with the auction! ;)

Did anyone get it? Would be nice if it was on a forum Panda & I promise not to keep saying you could have got it £60 cheaper............ (y)

I was second highest bidder, I would have gone higher if it was complete and there were some photos of it out of the bag but didn't want to risk it potentially being useless!

I find it really annoying when things are ended early, if the seller is prepared to take a certain amount why not list it as a buy it now. Whenever I sell something on eBay on an auction I get fed up of the countless 'whats the buy it now price' questions so tend not to do it to anyone else.

Shame you didn't get it. (n)

Yes I do too, but as that's the way it works, I am prepared to play it that way. There's only one way to guarantee getting something and sadly that's to go with the cash and collect it asap. :( I've won auctions and the seller makes an excuse why it's not available, then relists - on the other extreme sellers say they won't under any circumstances end the auction early, I bid, then they sell off auction to someone else! It's not good! :bang:

I see Audi now sell a car tent too ..

Best nights sleep you'll ever get, and the last  :p

You see Fiat thought of this with the Panda tent. They made it so impossible to peg down tightly, that the airflow completely rules out any exhaust related fatalities (except perhaps from impaling yourself on the mk1 pipe which does stick out rather...........). ;)
