Yep, he's a defo yes on the way out and a maybe for the return. Just means we all pay about £5 more on the return for Malmedy if he's a no, but we can sort it out once there, even with the extra £5 it seems a good price.

Can I say 'yes please' to Malmedy on the way out only please. - I want to use the caravan for the travelling bits as Much as possible.

pandamonius_maximus do you know when you'll know if you need Malmedy on the way back? Just with Andy H not needing it on the way back, if you 2 don't either I'm going to see how much a smaller chalet is for us as it should be cheaper as there will then only be 6 of us and not 9.
Wanting to try and get this wrapped up today as I'm contacting them through my work email and am off tomorrow.

I'd say the best is to go for the smaller chalet for the main group anyway for the way back then, and we will sort something out ourselves nearby or at the same place if we need to.

Mate is the Eurostar Toscana Hotel close to Capannori ???
This is just an advice, because if the hotel is close to Capannori fuel station (you have the position on your GPS) we don't need to wake up at 05:00 AM on Friday morning
Also to avoid to split your group between Lucca and Capannori, because the hotel could be far 20-30 kilometers from the camping site (in Capannori).

There is a software called "TeamSpeak3", it is the best way to talk with different persons at same time using a computer (you need only a microphone). It is totally free & safe (it is also very light to download and to use).
