Friday was a busy day as far as Pandas were concerned. While I was heading back from Oxford with one rescued Panda in tow, Gavin was heading to my workshop to meet me with another.

The one Gavin was bringing was the 4x4 he's traded in towards the Panda project. I'll start a 'members motors' thread to give more details on it but here's a pic for now.........




The one I was bringing was the one I'd been told by a friend of a friend that I could probably get for free. However, when I contacted the owner she insisted that I could only have it if I matched the scrap man's offer.

By now I had received pics of what I was rescuing so had more info than " It's a Panda". On the strength of this I agreed the purchase, hired a trailer and put fifty quid in the fuel tank.

I plan to fully restore to original spec so will start a 'members motors' thread for this one too.

Got a bullbar now..just need a rear one to go with it Vern..

£100 collected. If you take it in yourself you may get £130.

£100 plus another £??????? to get it up to scratch.

the getting up to scratch isnt so bad thats mostly time, ive got loads of that
