i live in the USA.just found a 93 panda parade that came from england.its a r/h drive model and its been sitting since since 2006.the keys are mising and i need to remove the cilinder lock .i tried to remove the cover but i got to remove the steering wheel and when a took the horn center rubber part there is a plastic with 2 rivets that covers the center nut.any help will be aprecciated.this is my 3rd fiat .i currently own a new 2012 500 sport and a 1967 600d abarth.i coudnt resist this one when ai found it.it shows only 33k miles .pictures comming soon thanks.

He was going to bring it home but the guy who owned it wanted far too much money.

Someone will give you an answer to your question (it's difficult to explain) but you should go onto English ebay and buy a manual as you will need one anyway. They are very cheap.
