Wow that's cool. Not seen much of the air cooled pandas, this is the second 1 mentioned on here since I've been a member (that I've noticed at least!) It looks like it could be the same colour as Chichi my grey 4x4 but I thought it was a colour unique to the 4x4 only.

Anyway that car was in good condition even before restoration.... as far as mk1's go that is

Great to see it. I am surprised though with some of the corners they've cut. Leaving the rear side glass in while spraying the car. It would have taken 5 minutes to take them out. And while they had the engine out it would have been a perfect opportunity to paint the engine bay.

They clearly like their Italian cars though. See a few Alfa's and a Lancia in the background.

Fitting a cat!...that's japan I guess.
