Posts: 466 Thanks: 13 Trader Rating: 0 | location suggestion This place is no stranger to oddball car camps: they've been host to my local 2CV club camp for the past four years  There is a beach nearby, albeit on the shores of Rutland Water and it's great for cycling. There's a good choice of stuff to do roundabout.

Midlands would be good for us though  August shouldn't be a problem although I will still have to work on the Sunday at 3pm so will have to leave eary from camp I think

I'm up for anywhere. Peak/Lake District are both nice areas, I would recommend Ullswater. BUT if you wanna go somewhere with amazing roads and scenery, I would suggest North Pennines. If anyone has driven out to High Force, you'll know the area I mean.If you wanna do South East, maybe Clacton-on-Sea?? haha!
