Re: What have you done for her/him recently?

I just saved a Sisley from certain scrapping!!! See photos in other thread...

As far as Sparky is concerned I straightened the ariel yesterday; it was nice and sunny so I thought I'd go and work on the car for a bit...

Good work to all above!!! They're lookin good people!

Craig, I'd take the wheels back to the people who balanced them the first time and gently explain to them that your wheels are still wobbling at high speed and would they mind making sure they did the job properly... It took S**t Fit two goes to get mine done properly... Hope you get them sorted...

All the best everyone, Luke.

Unfortunatley i do not speak Polish. They took all the weights from the outside of the rim and moved them inside. Tyre place at the end of the road from work so might pop round later on. they'll probably let me see it balanced too so i know for certain.

Don't really care what they look like TBH. Just dont want wobbles. I've seen on newer alloys they put weights on the inside of the wheel.. like on the "flat" probably get glued on in the factory though. I'll be going round the tyre place later on to see what they can do.

Mine are very dirty inside so welding would be the only option

just self adhesive backing, got some in the garage and a static balancing kit all ready to try and banish my wobbly woes. All I need is a bit of spare time....oh well.

Off the wheel topic and on to what I got up too on sunday...

What have I done for her lately?

I hung out the sunroof and John hung out the door for the nice lady from the Irish News to take our pic!

Now, back to the wheels again, LOL
