You need the classic Panda section for that query but get the resistance checked for the injectors could be an earth problem ..cheaper than changing an injector..

rpm sensor did it on my punto
Mine did that when I first got it in feb....I did nothing more than stick a load of redex in it and give it some quality fuel. Oh and a good run up the A1......It has never come on again and passed its MOT with no probs......
I regularly stick a load of redex in the panda, specifically the fuel injection one cause it keeps the engine clean.

Redex will kill the cat...
If not the injectors another culprit is the O2 sensor.

Could be lot of things (dirty injectors, ignition coils, coolant temp-sender, ignition cables..... Do computer diagnostic in some FIAT service, equipped with diagnostic tools for FIAT, and they will read exact error code!
I recon it might have been the Lambda sensor, but if it's been changed

That's what happens when you don't read propperly
I had problem with injection warning light...It was ON only for few seconds after I started engine and also I had problem to start engine...
after weeks of searching I found it out....it was BAD engine earth connection...
easy to check, easy to fix and now it's gone....of course I reseted my ECU after that...

Which earth was it again? The ECU's one or one of the earthing points

It was engine earth....
I've got Panda Selecta and starter is inside gearbox, so earth cable from baterry is fitted to bolt at the bottom (back of engine) where is some kind of cat or exhaust pipe mount. That bolt cracked and cable was hanging...so there was almost no connection...but now it's solid fitted
The later panda's also have the earth straps at that location at the base of the block. Think the early Mk2's are on the side of the gearbox.
