Lol. Don't think so, but think I know exactly where you mean. My grandad live's in Lindfield, in a road called Appledore Gardens. So I'm occasionally in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill Small world.

They have closed the road that goes up past the Fire Station, and now they have closed the road past the Railway Station and under the bridge

Deep joy are the last two words I would use to describe it, I come down from Balcombe, cut through the Industrial estate and go up to the one way system and drop down through the Broadway into Perrymount Road.

I can imagine the businesses round commercial square and the station are being hammered by this.

Yes, I think they had only just started all that when I was last down during mid of last month I think.

I remember years ago when the water board were doing work around the area and there were just loads of blue pipes (snakes as I called them, I was only about 9, lol)
