Jim mate see what Splutter fails on at the mot and we'll take it from there. It should be a lot cheaper to throw a head gasket and a few rubber boots at Splutter.
If I can get this 156 out of my hair I should be able to figure something out.

See what the list is first.

Erm.... after all that in the other thread splutter has one of them H3 or H4 bulbs in the right headlight and its loose so the beam is everywhere

Oh and the fog light woudn't come on

Is that all? Thats a cause for celebration surly? Fog shouldn't be that hard to fix, and as for the bulb

Good news see the Mot guy is always friendly if you are convinced you are going to fail, it's only if you reckon everything's OK you hit trouble.
Dodgy lights are just an Italian cars sense of humour anyway, my Punto has now failed two years running on a sidelight which always works fine any other time but conks out immediately when faced with an MOT station until jiggled. gotta love 'em!
