Hello,
I plan to order a DIY refill kit because the 'power' of the aircon is less than previous year(s).
I don't want to fill in more 134a (or whatever is in the can) than required/allowed so I ask you for maximum or recomemnded pressure.

Thanks

Ideally you should empty the system and fill to weight. Pressure can be used for diagnostics but is highly dependent on temperature and is not a good indication of fill level. once there is any quantity liquid in the system the pressure should be constant unless the temperature changes (which includes when the system is running). Don't know your local prices but here un the UK a recharge (which should include a vacuum down new oil and gas is about £50. A can of gas (excluding connector & gauge) is about £20 if you take the empty can back so its generally better to get it done properly. I think a big market for the DIY kits is people who have a known small leak as the service places should insist on a repair before refilling.
