Friends...my car's center lock is not working after the recent service done....alternator was replaced and seems new connections were done....now lock not working, but alarm is buzzing continuously frequently.... Any idea what could be the issue

You mean remote central locking system?
Did you take it back to were the service was done?

Nope...it was given for service during a weekend trip at a service station on the way...about 60 miles from my place... Seems battery connections where changed during that...

You could try to reset the system by taking of the battery leads for a few minutes.
