I wonder do u guys have links to site or maby a Dutch shop. Where I can buy cold air intake sets. And where I can find mufflers like Remus or Sebring. Also ar there any cat converters pre made for sale. This all for the palio models

And does someone have pictures of nice looking rims on a palio weekend.

Thx for any reply greetings brutusnl

Forget it.
Nothing available for the Palio Weekend, you have to make something yourself!
I have welded an Ansa 80mm exhaust tip on the original muffler, looks great!
15 inch Mak Sting alloys with 195/50R15H Pirelli tires. ( just ordered 4 new Pirelli P1 Verde tires....).
German H&R lowering springs, about 2-3 cm.

Don't even think about coldair intake, it will bring nothing to the Palio, after all, more than 100HP, and a top speed of almost 200km/u is enough...

I understand why u say don't Cai. But I done this to all my cars. And never have failed on me. Always a little gain in riding and performance. Last car I did this was my mazda 323f 1.8 16v. I changed the air intake. To bring more air in easy. Also adjust the exhaust. Take the cat out and a straight pipe back in. Middle silencer straight pipe to. And a good Remus exhaust on the end. Before al this I have it on dyno. 111.5 hp..after all changes 123.3 hp. Also include I give the engine a big service. Oil filters etc brand new. I do this to all my cars . All maintenance I do my self. And want a clean look to.

On the picture is that yours. U have the same color I have.

I seen other palio s driving all the same color. What up with that.

I like your rims..

No Remus for the Palio I'm afraid.
Taking out the catalyst will have the car fail for it's next APK....
Again the 1,6-16V engine has 101-103 HP and with it's low weight, the Palio is a real pocket racer, for everyday use it is powerful enough....
Investing in better brakes and better roadholding (lowering springs) is a far better idea to me.

For the apk I can jack the car up. And place the catalyst back. That's a easy job.

I agree that quite quickly for a 1.6 station car.

Brakes and suspension ar on my list to do to.

The O2 sensor (Lamda sonde) is mounted on top of the catalyst, so you need to fix that first...!!

H&R has lowering springs for the Palio Weekend Mk1.
For brakes I can recommend ATE Powerdiscs and Ferodo DS Performance pads.
Mtec discs are perfect for the Palio as well.

was wondering where did you bought that rear roof spoiler?
what ET does your rims have and how abouth the width?
was wondering to put some 15" with 7" width and some 205/50 or 195/50 like yours

my mods are underseat subwoofer box, led strips in the trunk , and fitted the oem fog lamps. so far. but the list is long:))

looks really nice.. i havent seen that spoiler on other cars from my country! altough there are not much around here.
a question? have you tried to diagnostic your car... i bought a vag kkl interface with 3pin adapter and could enter to ecu and abs but my concern is that the airbag indicator is on and i could not conect to the airbag modul with this cable. multiecuscan

okkay no problem. just for curiosity. i managed to enter the ecu and the abs modul with a vag kkl interface and a 3 pin adapter, plus multiecuscan program for the abs and iaw2 scan program for the ecu. but couldn't conect to the airbag:(

Hello!!! i updated on my palio weekend 1.2 8v the brakes from a fiat barchetta.. i changed the front brakes from 240mm disc rotors to 257 and got rid of the drumm brakes in the rear and put 240 mm disc rotors from barchetta. had a bit of issue until i got it done but its finalized... it the front you need a spacer of 8mm beetween the brake adapter ant the hub tu center the brakes the rest fits like its meant to be there. in the back brakes its a bit tricky the drum brakes stator and a spacer under a rear hub is cca10 mm ... the disc brakes uses a plate on which you bolt the brake adapter. and if you put on the original spacer back then the hub is too far out. so i needed to make a spacer of 3mm under the hub. i need to buy a set of handbrake cables as the ones housing is too short.(i temporarily cut some tube and put it to have a handbrake but i need to buy original from a barchetta)
I dont know if i got better brakes... dont really remember, but sure is more relieble... i needed new rotors and pads on the front and my drumms sometimes had to much leverage andd needed to readjust that autoalign key so I changed everything.

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1lhob0y5ujd2lrz/AAAASaPSiOHsVI_n2xu4fkFYa?dl=0... here are some pictures didn't manage to make more but it's more than nothing. my brakes feeling more reliabla , don't know if it bites better. my issue was that i had to readjust the drumm brakes in 3-4 months. and allso needed new disks and pads so i managed thease secondhand parts from a barchetta and fitted everything
