Hi everybody,

I am now the proud owner of my first Fiat. A Palio. But it came without an owner's manual.

Could anyone tell me where I could get one of those?

A download from the internet would be nice.

The truth in Russia officially was sold less than 300 copies Palio.
Someone can, all the same, will inform by a manual?

Well, I finally did find a Palio owner's manual. A new Fiat dealer opened it's doors in the Netherlands, and to my surprise they could provide the manual.

It is, however, in Dutch. But it may perhaps be useful for South-African customers, I don't know about that.

There is a sensation, that the operation manuals and, especially, on service and repair on Palio is not present in a nature.
Interestingly, them without managements(manuals) collected?

i do have it .

I have the Fiat Palio 2 ELX , I live in cairo , egypt , It did come with a manual ( the car is imported from brazil )

I am not sure wether the manual is in portugese or in english , ( didnt even take it out from its plastic cover )since i crashed the car the same day of recieving it

so its at the repair shop , its not very big , I will try to scan it and upload it as soon as i go to the repair shop , hope i will help

I am from Guatemala and I own a Fiat Siena 2003 EX(is the same as Palio, only in sedan version) and I have the original manual but it is in spanish. If someone is interested I could scan it, but it would take a while so please let me know if someone is interested. my email is [email protected]

thanks a lot , english workshop manul or owners manual will eb good , but in the current situation any language (manul or workshop manual) will do , need to identify parts , dumb ass service station here cannot read i need to show them pictures to get parts or else they will quote sky high,.

No workshop manuals for the 178 series ( Palio, Sienna, etc) in any language for sale to the public.
Only FIAT dealers have them, and once in a while the manuals are offered, secondhand on Ebay, that's where I got mine from.
There are three, large workshop manuals in German and English, two for the first series, and vol. III for the revisited series ( after 2001).
So go hunting on Ebay, and good luck...!!

The workshop manual is available with the Palio Users Group India (PUG) - it is a 261MB pdf.

World Car Project 178 ( WCP 178) is Fiat's internal code for the whole Palio/Sienna car family, not just the engine.
Sometimes official workshop manuals show up on Ebay.
Strange that LANCIA is written on your engine ( although Lancia uses the same Fiat engines for years now).
