General Ardennes

So we came back home yesterday.
Did some ( very) high speed driving on the German motorways...
Always fun, and the Lampredi 1,6-16V engine purs like a cat at high rpm's...!!
From Belgium Ardennes to our home, in the Northern part of Holland, it's quicker to drive on the German side of the border, because Germany has no speed limits, and Holland is trapped with speed controls everywhere...!!

Our trip to the Ardennes was fun, weather was good, and we did a lot of sight seeing and walking.
We also went to Brussels, to see and go up the Atomium, sadly, I forgot to take a picture of the Palio in front of it...!!
I did take a picture of the car next to the Citadel of Namur!
Anyway, the car, 15 years old and almost 210.000 km's did very well, as expected...!!

Amazing....!
Thanks for the link!
Looks like roadracing on the Isle of Man, on motocross bikes...!!
Again, I don't think it's there anymore, but I'm more a roadracing fan ( Ducati MHR owner) I'm not so in to motocross, I'm afraid...!!

varesecrazy; I was / am still interested in the Varese built said:
I know what you mean, hard to find these days...!!

I bought my Mille MHR Bevel new, back in 1985, when Ducati was still owned by the Italian government.
In 1986 Cagiva took over, the Mille MHR was the ONLY Bevel to be produced under the new ownership, although Cagiva stopped Bevel twin production somewhere later that year.
So the MHR Mille was available with the old style decals, and with the new Ducati logo with the (Cagiva) elephant...
I have both brochures...

Have a look at www.bevelheaven.com for more Bevel related info.
