manufacturing date

Hi.

i am from bangalore, after a long hassle with prerana motors I am going to get my Fiat Palio SLX (black). Did check the vehicle before the registration and found that the engine is manufactured in march 2007. is that the manufacturing date? or is there a way to check that. Please find the chasi # and the engine number.

VIN : MAH178H7EX08067928XARZ ENG :3796222...
