Fiat Siena Fuel Gauge

Hello;
The tank was leaking so, I fixed it & during Assembly of fuel pump ...
The fuel gauge coming to (1/4) and stopped even I made full tank..
I tried to activate it again it was moved little up (1/4) and stopped
Have any one a solution
