Hi all, Today (May 7, 2017) is my 73rd birthday. As I approached this date I have been reviewing my "Things To Do" list (not to be confused with a bucket list) and this vehicle is not going to make it to the new list. I am running out of time and, quite honestly, it is probably beyond my skill level. The frame is complete and could be a "roller" with not too much effort. From there it all goes downhill. The body as I received it had some original parts and some not so original (mostly not too good either). The wooden framework was attacked by termites while residing in the rafters of my home (then in SoCalif). There was no engine or transmission but I found a FIAT 1100 station wagon that donated those pieces to my planned attack. The 1937 model started using an 1089cc motor but "mine" is the 1221cc version. The station wagon (Estate?) used a floor mounted 4 speed rather than the column mounted version of the sedans so it makes a better fit in the Balilla. I was hoping to relace the wire wheels (only 4 available) and change to more modern 1100 aluminum brake drums which I also have. I also procured some literature along the way including the "usual" shop manuals but also an Illustrated Parts Breakdown showing the exploded views of the Balilla (most models) major assemblies and some FIAT history, etc. I am looking for someone who would be interested in a MAJOR project and my price is in the $100's range, NOT $1000's for the right buyer. Respond to this thread with contact info and pictures and more details will be made available. I will try to put some photos in another post, but I just got my birthday greetings from the Forum (which I had forgotten about completely) and decided to post this note. Thank you for your attention and any interest! -- Doug Robinson (aka slracer)

PS - my location is the greater Phoenix, AZ area if that makes a difference.
