Exclamation jamies old y10 turbo

hi all

i purchased jamies y10 turbo a few weeks ago and its bin nothing but trouble was reading on forum that it may have carb problems can any one verify this as i have lost his number any other info on the car would be greatfully received

Hi Luke,

Will drop you a text so you have my number...

The carb problem was some kind of clear gunk kept getting into it

I put this down to being dodgy fuel pipes beofre they were all replaced...

clear gunk sounds like old petrol, was it in tank for ages?

Well it would of been now but back then it was freshly flushed and the carb had been reconned by the last owner..
