i had a 1.2 sxi while my car was in the garage

seats uncompfy, you get the metal side bolsters up your arse when you get in and out

the steering wheel wasnt adjustable, and pointed upwards

cheap inside, cheap outside, hated every minute of it, so much so i took it back to enterprise and got them to give me a fiesta, much more comfertable

sorry dont like em

cant see why they are so popular, would much rather go and get my old punto back than drive one of them again

its the same engine as the 1.3JTD, well known to suffer from terrible turbo lag.

TBH, if someone doesnt own a car, or hasnt say, been in one for a length of time they are going to slag it off, as there car is the 'best on the road'

change cars though, in say a few months, and your current car may seem like a bag of crap

Corsa's are s*** though. And yes I have had extensive use of one for a long time now and it does my ****ing head in. I often take my own car at my own expense because driving it is depressing.

yellow cars are the least likeliest colour to be stolen or targeted by theives. Fact.

I dont know why a lot of the manufacturers dont have a yellow option in the lineup. There are a few that do

its not very popular. you will have a more competitive car if you offer more desirable colours.

Re: corsa courtesy car oppinion...

I got a 57 new shape Corsa as a courtesy car, when my 500 went into a bodyshop to have a massive scratch sorted.

As it was a 1.2 Corsa, I didn't expect it to have as much ooomph as my 1.4 500. However, it felt seriously sluggish. My partner's Sei Sporting feels so much more nippier and responsive. The Corsa also felt very grey and drab inside, a very uninteresting place to be, and not very well specced, probably cos it was only the Club model. It did have PAS and electric windows though. Wheel trims looked cheap and nasty and I couldn't figure out the radio. The ride seemed quite wallowy too. Seemed a fairly anonymous and grey sort of car, well it was a sort of metallicy silver-grey colour.

On the plus side it had a huge boot for the size of the car (well anything's huge compared to the boot space in my 500 and the Sei), seemed fairly well screwed together but no better than the 500 is IMO, and there was something else I liked about it too......Oh yeah, it wasn't mine, I was going to be giving it back in a day or so!
