e92 M3 in my dealer

Today at my dealer (Sytner Birmingham BMW) i was given the job of finding problems with an e92 M3 (latest shape) i went on to the car park got in it thinkin here we go and proceeded to give it i tickle up the road then it was swinging all over the place so i took it back in to the workshop and there was 4 massive chunks out of each wheel, the customer had obviously hit a curb span it and hit the other side and in the process ripped he oil cooled off all the undertrays and dis lodged the radiator. the service advisor phoned the customer and as usual with every bmw owner he denied all knowledge, but then magically after a few minutes he admitted it but then tried to say it was the cars fault because it wheel spins too much and tried to get it done for free but bmw told him to shove it because it has 420bhp and you would expect that much wheel spin. Now he has a £5,000 bill for all that has gone wrong and doesnt know what to do.

i will try and post pics of the state of it tomorrow its pretty good though

I'm guessing his best idea would be to cop to the crash on the insurance and get it repaired that way....Although LOL muppet.
