I've got a 2002 Megane that'll be up for sale soon. probably around £2950. averages between 45 and 55 mpg (usually 45 with my heavy foot ) and has aircon, half leather seats, cd changer etc etc...

Although the price will be negotiable

There is nothing 'old' about owning an estate. Especially when you drop the rear seats and suddenly bam! you have a mobile bed Plus if you don't quite fit you can drop the bumper and have your feet stick out the boot

Pop down sometime and I'll take you for a test drive. Of the car of course.

because its worth more in bits, i.e the leather would fetch £100 on its own if in good condition

if i did get it, it would be do i could sell my car, get the cash, and use the the cavalier whilst i find a decent mk2 jtd, my GF didn't like the look of a Stilo (i showed her the 2.4 abarth too lol) don't think she'l be seen in a cavalier lol

for £120 i wont be too picky lol, i could get my dad to add it onto his policy so it's insured and i can drive it on my new policy

No TD Sport....although theres nothing much sporty about it.

But it is perceived as a much more reliable and economical engine than a regular TD

good old cavs, i havent driven a gsi2000 for a very long time now. its weird but i miss them, the vectra could never drive as well. kind of like the way a nova handles better than a corsa. i bet if lotus didnt get involved the same would be true for the mk4 astra.

tis unfortunate vx somehow forgot the cav when they did the vec.poor 'upgrade'

well im not too bothered about the cav now, my dads letting me play in the 130bhp audi tdi whenever he isnt using it, shame its an auto tho lol
