Hi

This is my first time of posting, I have a Fiat Ducato 08 it is an Autotrail Motorhome, both the Speedometer and Fuel Gauge on the dashboard have stopped working.

I can read the remaining fuel from the digital display.

There is no problem with the rest of the dashboard, any suggestions would be greatfully received.

Could it be to do with the circuitry somewhere.

This is my first post too and I also have a dashboard problem to mention. 2001 230 1.9 ltr Diesel (Seville ?) LHD Ducato onto which Moncayo put their 360 practical joke. Also an intermittent fuel gauge as good as useless. (One possibility for you ArtyNick is a post somewhere that may apply to me too - that spillage from the coffee cup holders in the glove box lid may have leaked into the relays immediately below them. So needing the fuel gauge relay checked / points cleaned ?)

Of more immediate concern for me is entire driverside (remember LHD) rear light unit wiring. The unit itself works. A mouse attack ate all the paperwork stored in the glovebox and they may have knocked out this wiring but where to check ? Having got the lower dashboard off already nothing obvious - has anyone details or experience on how can I get the upper dashboard off to check ?
