Hi and welcome to the Forum.
If it's an ex-works van it may have the electronic limiter enabled. Depending on exact model this can be turned of with diagnostic software (Multiecuscan). Well worth a copy and ELM327 interface if you intend doing your own servicing.
If you are near Cambridge I can disable the limiter for you.
B.T.W the UK speed limit for commercial vehicles (except car derived vans) is 60. Does not seem to be enforced much but I've heard some police are targting pickups
https://www.gov.uk/speed-limits
Note motorhomes under 3.05t are OK to 70 so convert it nd get the registration document updated. The van derived cars like Doblos add confusion to this, but as van was homologated first it's 60MPH.

turned mine into a day van, some units in the back and an extra two seats full load with wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs plus all camping equipment can do 90 easily i mean 70..

Don't know what year your van is BUT if you fit seats or want a bed might be worth looking at a bongo seat for the back that converts to a bed you only have 4 fixing points and you can use the original mounts if your van is the newer shape mounting at the centre of the van there are no easily located factory fitting holes so you have to drill your own and everything in the middle you hit the heat shield for the exhaust etc was a real pain to work around it and getting under the van to fit a nut your better off dropping the entire exhaust system OR cut a patch out and do it up from inside the van and then repair the hole later.
