Hello Everyone, my name is Iain. I bought my 2008 500 Sport about two weeks ago and, after registering on this forum, have been working my way through the various threads to find the answers to my woe's.

First job was air con. Totally empty so full refill and charge needed.
Next was the main beam, bad earth on rotten lights.
After that was a missing air intake in the engine bay.
The Key surround and rubber buttons were minging, after a good clean I still had to replace them.
Dashboard air vents have been realigned and secured back in the correct position so the vent levers now work.
JOBS still to do,
Radio is shocking so the next job is to check out the aerial base.
Blue and me doesn't work and
annoying flashing odometer. Possibly a Proxi Alignment?
Other than that, love the car.

Take a look undeneath re rust on rear suspension and beam/brake hubs (where fitted) and front shocks/springs/control arms, check everything works as it should on the boot lid, check the two breather hoses to the air box for cracking (be extremely careful with the small one to the rear of the box, it easily snaps off) engine earth strap, totally missing exhaust clamps err probably more I cant remember
Cam belt?
Check the drls are on, you can get "blue" bulbs that are very white.
