Yet another exhaust thread

Hi, I'm new to the site my mum has a panda 100 hp the back box is rottern but not blowing the blowing is coming from the front I've read through the many threads on axhausts and I just can't believe the cost of the after market exhausts (maybe just me being out of the loop)
I think it's going to be a standard item unless a previously enjoyed stainless one pops it in the classifieds.
Has anyone had problems with the ulter ones being alumized steel?

I've just been quoted £600 for a full system in 304 stainless from j p exhaust in Macclesfield I'm sure there very well built but I can't justify that much as the car is only worth £3000 I think I may go standard route.
