Hello everyone, I have just bought. 6month old Fiat500x. I can't change the time for the life of me despite reading the manual. So I am an hour behind and it's driving me bonkers. Any help please?

My 500X with 6.5 Uconnect automatically changes time with the clocks going backwards and forwards as as well as keeping in synch with the pips.

Yes I believe the 6.5" UConnect screen automatically changes the time through the radio signal (it did on my Alfa Giulietta), but the 5" UConnect fitted to a lot 500x's needs updating manually. Whether the 5" with DAB does the clock changes automatically, I'm not sure.

As mentioned, press the Settings button on the stereo and navigate to the Time/Date section, that should update it on both the stereo display and the display infront of the driver.

Not sure this is true as I found out at the last clock change.

On my 500X Cross Plus 2015 (5" non DAB) the menu setting has the setting option to automatically correct time.

I was going to manually shift the one hour but then saw that the auto setting was off so turned it on. The clock shifted itself by the required amount.

Two possible explanations:

1) The non DAB radio uses the Medium Wave time signal?
2) The unit picked up the time from my paired prone?

I'll let you guys experiment re 1) or 2)

Mine 2015x pop star non dab 5" has no auto setting for time just the manual up down arrows.

I had to change the time on my 5" display by going into the menu as described above. It occurred to me afterwards that it may have changed automatically if I'd fired up the built in sat-nav?

All a bit weird, as is usually the case where the 500x and it's UConnect specifications are concerned......

On my Giulietta with 6.5" UConnect it must've done the recent time update to British Summer Time literally straight away - I was on a night out when the clocks changed and when I got back in the car to drive home at about 4am on the Sunday morning, the time had already updated.
