I have a 2014 Fiat that intermittently loses power when trying to accelerate when driving < 35 MPh. I have had the service department look into this Twice but they are unable to replicate the issue and therefore unable to fix it.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Another possibility would be to purchase a bluetooth OBD2 adapter, install the 'Torque' app (if you have an Android smartphone), and have it track the relevant parameters (fuel pressure, ...). And then, after the problem occurs, you can check the graphs for irregularities.
