hi.. hello.. brand new ducato van. electronic key works fine. mechanical or slave key doesn't get past immobilizer. any thoughts.. looked thru previous posts and this seems to of been a problem a good few years ago. can I make the keys and immo talk to each other? anything seems possible these days..

ignition key does NOT immobilise the engine..??

please clarify.. sounds as if you have 2 x keys

As I read it the fob key works ok. The non fob is not recognised by the immobiliser. I assume it does unlock the doors and turn the ignition to MAR / Start ????
