Quick question for a Fiat Newbie ......are the seats in a Stilo 5 door the same as the Multiwagon ?

I have just bought a great looking (and driving) Stilo Multiwagon JTD, with badly marked seats and trying to replace them with something cleaner.

Front seats are the same, rear seats are different.
