Hi im newbie on here iv owed a fiat seicento spirting for over 2 years iv just replaced the gearbox as i Was having alot of issues, iv replaced the clutch with a 3 piece clutch kit finished building it today and went to take it out to find the clutch pedal is rock solid iv checked the cable and thats fine but the lever on the gearbox is very tight, any ideas?

Release bearing not clicked into the fork properly, possibly.

Did you lube the fork bearings when it was out?

Yeh i lubed the fork bearings and thrust bearing was sat snug iv had the box out twice today the fork isnt suzed built it back up and still same also baught another clutch kit think the first one was faulty but still the same

Are you adjusting it correctly for the new clutch?

Managed to fix the issue after taking the box out 4 times i found out it was the arm inside the bulkhead what had come of the housing, cheers for the replies
