Anybody had issues with a sticking clutch pedal, only happens when warm?

RHD? Probably needs fesh fluid and bleeding. Maybe master and/or slavecilinder.
LHD is cable. Directer and more fun IMO.

Please explain what you mean by sticking pedal. Describe the action as you push it down. It should be butter smooth top to bottom with the clutch releasing near the top.

I had a sricky clutch once... was the carpetry of the cabin holding on to to the pedal... easy fix.. if its cable, then theres an adjusting-screw under the radiator in the front where you can control when the clutch should grip.. how old is the clutch? It might need replacing, tedious work but quite straight forward..

Dry fork bushes perhaps?

I asked for more information on the "heavy" clutch pedal action, because the usual symptom for a failing clutch is a heavy or even knotchy pedal action. Eventually the clutch wont release or pressure plate fingers break off and cause other damage.

Oil contamination will cause clutch slip. Worn clutches generally wont release. Many drivers don't notice the deterioration and can cause damage to the gearbox forcing it into gear.

Sorry, its my sons car. He says that the clutch pedal stuck down at the bottom. He is not putting it right to the floor now and its not happened again but need looking into?!

my girlfriends 100hp clutch pedal doesnt stick, but it isnt very quick to come back up. its perfectly fine for most driving, probably not very good for super quick gear changes though!

This sounds like hydraulics. Change the fluid and see what happens to the pedal action.

This could well be the pressure plate fingers are worn. When that happens, the action goes over centre and won't return or it just feels like you are bending metal.

If that is the case, sooner or later he wont be able to select gears and in the meantime its stressing the synchromesh.
