Hey,
Lately a strange behavior starts to happen, at the beginning of the drive after like 30 seconds the gear disconnects while being in shift and it's like i'm on neutral (manual gear), to solve it I leave the gas and than press it again and that solves it, sometimes randomly it doesn't happen at the start of the drive but that's more rare.

Thanks,

It sounds like the gearbox is worn. If it's popping "out" of gear, there's something worn inside the gearbox itself, and will later get worse. Could be a number of things causing it, bearings, worn selector, excessive shaft movement.

Worth getting it to a gearbox specialist to get it checked/repaired

I have a friend who thinks it's the throttle that's getting dirty from oil, what do you think?

It's an issue with components inside the gearbox, just like brickfoot said. It doesn't really matter which components, being cogs, bearings, shafts, the main point is that you need to take it to a specialists to fix it. It will involve opening up the gearbox, it will not be cheap.

Does it jump out of gear i.e. you have to push the gear back in with the stick or do you leave it alone and it starts to drive again?

The thing is, I don't need to change anything in the gear. I just lay off the gas and than re push on the gas paddle and it's back to working.

When it stopped all of a sudden when my leg is on the peddle the engine doesn't rev that's why we think it's the throttle which is automatic

So are you saying you have an automatic transmission or a manual?

I asked that as well, he says manual! Sounds to me like the clutch is slipping and when you back off the power it stops slipping and takes up the drive, sign of a very worn clutch.
