Hi there is have recently changed my windscreen washer pump but it is still not working I have changed the fuse but I think I could be a bit worse than this when I put my car in to get fixed the last time they removed my old pump and never replaced it and left the connection wire hanging uncovered I don't know if water has gotten in touch it while the car has been was but I can't even here the pump when the stock has operated not even the wipers move any help would be greatfully received as mot in due end of next month and I could do with less of a bill around this time as Christmas is just round the corner lol

use a test meter on the pump wiring.. or even a test bulb..

if you're not getting 12 volts..that's the issue,
its not unheard of for the motor to get dry and seize-up..,

worth trying both Front and REAR screens , in case it's the switch
